Sounds good so far.

I also feed my DD custard made without sugar, but with formula instead of milk. She loves it!! I also let her chew on toast with vegemite, but watch carefully coz they can choke.

I also use jar food to feed her food with meat in them because I am not too sure how to cook and puree the meat. This gives them a little variety.

Oh yeah, I also mix formula with vita brits (I think the others have too much sugar in them).

Just keep doing what you are doing and maybe try a different thing each week if you feel bubs wants more? They will let you know if they do anyway.

I love feeding solids. It's fun!

Amy, I've basically been doing the same however I've added chicken after the evening vegetable feed. I finely dice (1/4 of 5 cent piece size) chicken breast. As long as it separates when you twist it between your fingers I figure it's the same as guming it. My DD LOVES it! I've also done fish - again using small amounts.

I only give her the meat after she's had her fill of the vegetables because once she gets the taste of chicken/meat she won't touch the veges again.

I haven't done weetbix but I've bought the wheat baby cereal and use that as her breakfast (smells the same to me only much finer).
