Onion soup on Huey last week

Did anyone get the recipe that Huey did last week, I think it was on wednesday on channel 10? One with red onion, beef stock & red wine.

Can anyone help me please :)

It was 3-4 red onions
1-2 cups red wine
And then just stock wasnt it??

I suppose you could put whatever measurements you want depending how much onion you want and how strong a red wine taste..

Cook the sliced onion on a low heat for quite a long time, 30 mins or so, turn the heat up and add the wine, simmer till wine reduces a fair bit, add stock and simmer till rich and yum..

Think that was all

And those cheesy croutons looked yummo..

I thought it was like a kilo of onions. I wish I wrote it down, didn't sound good but the cheesy croutons and the finished product looked sooooo good :D
