I have regrettfully given my "save our sleep" book to my sil to borrow. But now my 7 month old has decided to play up with his sleeps. Does anyone have the 7 mnth suggested daily routine handy? It will be a while till i see sil again.:hugs: Thankyou
I'd be phoning your sil to ask her to let you know what the routine is. I'm sure she won't mind.
Sorry I'm not much help

Don't know sorry, but would you be able to borrow the book from the library or child health center? :detective:

the routine - on solids until 8.5 months is
Feed times - 7am ,11am, 3pm, 6.20pm
Solids - 8am, 12noon, 5.20pm
Sleep times - 9am, 1pm, 4.30nap is needed
Dreamfeed - 10.30pm if needed
Bedtime - 7pm
And just in case you don't see your book for ages the next routine - 9mths - 12mths is
Feed times - 7am, 11am (1/2 feed), 6.40pm
Solids - 8am, 12noon, 5pm
Sleep times - 9.30am, 1.30pm
Bedtime - 7pm
She says to start moving bub to this routine at 8.5 mths cause you move the day sleeps forward by 5min for 5 days, then another mins, so by 9mths 1week bub is now sleep at the new times.
Also the 11am feed should be reduced to half and another half feed should be given when bub wakes after afternoon sleep.
good luck!
