chamomile tea

Hi I usually have chamomile tea to help recover from cold or flu but had heard some herbal teas arent safe during pregnancy. Just wondering if anyone knows which ones or a site I can go to to find out. Thanks

If you google "pregnancy herbal tea" you get lots of links that basically say its ok in moderation :)
