:wave: Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone had used Evening Primroses Oil...I have heard about it but don't know much about it.....I was hoping someone could tell me when they started taking it and did it work for them......

It is safe to take from about 34 weeks maybe even earlier? You can take them orally but best is to insert 3 capsules into your vagina a night before bed and let them absorb. It helps to soften things in preparation for labour.

Do you have to insert it to make it work......I was thinking of just taking them along with my RL tablets...I just don't really want to be induced with this bub....

Just a tip........If you insert it wear a panty liner.

I use to take it before kids about a week before AF came to visit and I also inserted it when preggers in the last few weeks. It's meant to soften the cervix. Hope this helps
