30% child care tax rebate question?

Hi :wave:
This is my first year in claiming the child care rebate and i want to know what do i do? i only claim the baby bonus and don't put a tax return in as i don't work, i use day care as respite as my son has a dissabilty. so i guess my question is can i put in for my baby bonus and child care rebate together or do i have to wait until DP does his tax. i would rather it come with my baby bonus instead of DP's tax as we don't do his tax until the end of the year. thanks.

baby bonus is a bit different this year. its for kids aged between certain times - once off payment.
and rebate gets done on its own - automatically- in september afte yeh taxes done.

Hi..

This is the first time for me for non-lodgement of tax as i don't work...
This is what i did:
1) Advised the fao of my non-tax lodgement online
2) I did baby bonus online as well as the child care transfer rebate to my husband online
3) My husband lodged his tax online..

I have received my baby bonus within a few days...ftb supplements are on their way tomorrow (it took a bit longer as they needed to see dh's tax first)
Dh's tax return has not yet been received but the 14 working days limit has not been reached yet...has only been a week really..
