What do you call yours?!

Hi,
Was just wondering if you had any special names for unborn bub? Our's was called 'Bean' but after seeing this little person moving around on my 12 week scan this no longer seems appropriate!

We just refer to our bubs as 'Baby'

We did the same thing with DD, she was known as 'Baby' (even after we knew she was a she) until she was born, at which time she was given a real name, and we're doing the same thing this time around!

Ours is known as "the lump" LOL even our friends are calling it lumpy etc just a bit of fun we are all having as we are not finding out the sex

we call ours bubs, bubba etc but also called cupcake! and now we know bubs is a girl, we say she a lot!!

One we referred to as Oscar (dont ask me why, it wasnt used much as a name then!) and the last we called
EKBOS Which used our first two kids initials and the rest stood for Brother Or Sister!!

ours is called tango...cant wait to find out whether its a boy or girl so we can stop calling it it!

we are calling DD/DS no 2 .. LJ .. means LittleJack :D

Jack just calls it bubba .. (he lifts HIS shirt .. and points to HIS belly .. doofus) :laughing:

I call/ refer to the baby as 'bub' but DH calls him/ her J.A.S. which are the initials if the baby is a boy. He has chosen to ignore the girl's name. Can you guess what he wants?

At the moment its 'The Baby' although both DS's are claiming it as their 'my new baby'. I can't wait till we can say he or she.

We called ours baby Henry.... It was always a name I used when trying to fall pregnant. eg: when we have a baby Henry...
So, it just stuck whilst pregnant, even though we knew it was a girl (it was a good way to keep it a secret!!!! SSSHHHHHH)

Sorry, butting in here from the august group, we used to call our bubbah the prawn, cause one of our books said the feotus at about 6 weeks resembles an odd looking prawn :laughing:
It just seemed to stick...
Now she is known as Ava!!!!!!

The other night I was in bed and when DH came to bed he goes "Hows our little cashew nut going?". I was so excited because he's never given any of our growing babies a nickname.

We don't really use a name... usually it's me saying "argh I've got a head/foot in a bad spot!!"

we call our bump 'nugget'. its going to be hard to remember to call them their real name when they come out!:)
