What do you think is a good price to pay for a nappy cut size piece of minkee fabric?

Well it can be up to $44 retail , and you get six nappy cuts from a metre so $7.50 or under

Thanks, have you made any minkee nappies or covers Hoop?

Also, is minkee fabric the same as chenille fabric?? I saw it written somewhere that it is.

I have made minky nappies, with Avlyn minky, which is really high quality, but it's pretty thin because it was designed for patchwork. so You have to put a layer of PUL if you want to waterproof it. It's the same sort of minky used for Berry Plush nappies

I think that some minky is quite thick and fluffy. My mum bought me a gorgeous 'minky' pooh bear fabric (that I turned into a blanky) from the USA when she was last over there. It is more like polar fleece though, but fluffier if that makes sense. So there are different types of minky. There is a great sticky on nappycino about it in the sewing section
