I've heard that there's some kind of guard you can get for the front of an oven ie to stop kids putting their hands on the glass. Does anyone know about this and where I'd be able to get one (and if they work!). Thanks. :)

Someone recently put a link in for an on line safety place though I have no idea in what thread, sorry. I did look at teh thread as I have the same problem with the oven door being hot so avoid baking during the day - which is ok in summer but will eb apain in winter!!
anyway, the oven door thing they had was kind of like a fire blanket that hung over the oven door and I think it could go around the sides too if you have gaps. It looked really good but it wasn't cheap - from memory $170.
Not sure whare you are but teh royal children's hospital in melb has asafety centre where you can go and see things set up and purchase too.
If you find something good and not too pricey please let me know! thanks.
