did/do you take them?
i had the runs for 2 weeks and after testing out several things discovered it was the supplement that caused it. i have stopped them now and am having normal motions again. FINALLY!!!!!
i am thinking i wont be taking anything now and it worries me a little. so i was hoping someone/anyone/everyone could reassure me. so did you take them? if not did everything still turn out ok? how many kids did you have without taking them? were they all healthy and ok?
how importnant is it to take them really?
