anyone had - opk but still ovulated?

I didnt detect surge last month. But i think i gave up too quick because i have long cycles (ran out of OPK!). Even with maybe baby i had trouble detecting o.
My last blood test did indicate I O'ed (level was 37)

I didnt get a Positive on OPK's this month but i know i ovulated from a bloodtest..
