 Hi everyone!
I am just new to BubHub, and am looking to find myself a beautiful and supportive doula for the birth of my first bub in October. I have read a lot of great things about doulas, and am totally convinced that I need one to support my partner and I during our first birth experience.
My concern is that as a student I only have limited $$ available, and can't afford the full price fees most doulas are asking. I am trying hard to save my pennies, but with only 11 weeks to go on a limited income, and other baby items still needing to be purchased, my bank balance is still looking rather sad
Nevertheless, I am determined to have a doula at our birth, and was wondering if anyone can recommend a doula who may offer reduced rates for a student mum-to-be? Or perhaps a trainee doula still looking for mums-to-be to support in the inner northern Brisbane area.
Thanks so much for your help!! ;)
