Just have to share cause Im sooooooo excited, am new to this section so firstly...hello girls and congrats on ur up and coming weddings. Am loving reading all your threads and getting very excited. I've totally got bridal fever :D

So, our plans..... We are going to elope, got confirmation yesterday from our travel agent and we are heading to Fiji on the 8th of October for 10 days for some swimming, lots of cocktails, some sun, more cocktails and ......drum roll please ***** OUR WEDDING..!!!
Mums got over the fact we're running away, mainly because we are still going to have a reception when we get back with family & friends.

But am so excited, its going to be so special, just us and our boys...such a special time Im glad they are here to share it with us..

We are staying @ the Sonaisali resort and using their wedding package. We fly out on 16th Oct and are getting married on 23rd Oct and fly home on 27th Oct.
Never been a big wedding person and really just wanted something small and intimate. Both mine & DPs parents are coming over for a few nights to see us get married but are staying @ a different resort.
I am very excited but have a list of things I still have to do including getting our passports!
I ordered my dress a few weeks ago cos I was pushing for time, it should arrive a week or two before we leave which is cutting it fine. My dress is from Brides Desire but their website doesnt have a pick of it....its figure hugging with a low back and I love it! Have you got your dress organised and everything else?

Oooooooo, I've just checkecd out ur resort and it looks beautiful.. perfect choice.

So we're going on the 8th of October till the 18th, wedding will be on the 11th.

Im going for a dress fitting this Sunday, its a hand made dress with lots of crystals all over the place. But its simple, white, strappy, low back.. I'd wear it again if we ever went to a cocktail party. I cant wait to try it on.
So aside from that I have my all important bikini to organise (Im getting 'Just Married' on the bum), the wedding night attire :smiliedance: :laughing: ...............................and the boys outfits.

We are having a reception when we get back so am working on the details for that.

And my bestie is working out the details for my Hens Night...wooooot wooooooo.....
