Ok to cut a long story short...

I suffer from PCOS and am on metformin for the first time which i started taking day 1 of this current cycle.

see GYN 4 wks ago ( so means i havent had AF in 8 wks which is nothing unusual for me)

they did a preg test which was negative.

during this cycle (last week) ive had what i would assume to be mucus or ovulationy stuff/goo lol sorry if tmi.. ( i have not yet ovulated ever to GYN's knowledge...??)

this week i have been experiencing these weird pressure like feelings in my lower abdominal area... so thats like under my fat roll area near pubic bone... never had this sensation before... its not period pain i know for sure...

anyone know what im talkin about or will i have to wait til nxt week when i see GYN again??:rain:

Hmmm it could be ovulation pains, spunds like the pain i get when im ovulating.

i started ovulating after taking metformin so anything is possible...

Is under your belly button? I feel like something tight and cramping their too.
I think im constipated though...LOL!

no its not constipation

I ended up with a :bfp: the next day after feeling those pains I explained! I did have constipation and that can be due to the increase in hormones after conception.
The pain lasted for a couple of days. Now i feel slight AF pain now and then, still early.

I use to get those type of cramps before i started the met. I still have no idea what they were, but I wasnt ovulating at the time and didnt start af after either. Sorry thats not much help, but hopefully you'll figure out what it is for you! :)
