Pork chops

I have some pork chops sitting in the fridge. Anyone have any pork recipes they want to share?:chef:

no recipes i just fry and eat lol i love mine with mac cheese and salad with ceasar dressing :D and sweet chilli sauce on the chops mmmm

Probably a bit late for today but I throw my pork in the slow cooker with a bottle of sweet and sour sauce. You can add vegies and rice aswell if you like or do those separately

I know its a bit late for tonight but this is how I like to cook my pork chops.

Brown them on both sides in the frypan. Add little vegie stock(can be made up from stockpowder), put lid on frypan and cook for about 10 minutes on each side (makes it tender). Then when stock pretty much evaporated add splash of salty soy sauce, kecap manis-sweet soy, and honey and coat chops in this for a few minutes. remove from pan.
return pan to stove add little bit stock and stir to lift/combine pan juices, stir & thicken with small amount of cornflour if needed and pour over chops.

Serve with mash and steam vegies- beans, carrots, corn, etc.

Makes meat tender and is yummy.
