huggies wipes????????????

im not sure if im putting this in the right section so mods feel free to shove it in the right place...
i bought a refill 80 sheet pack of scented huggies wipes today and when i put them into ella's plastic container thingy i realised that they have changed them :eek:

they now have like a perforated edge and u umm rip them apart kind of like a bill where u tear off the bottom half to pay it.. (i hope im making sense) and they use to have like a ripple wave thing on them. the are pretty diffuicult to grab with one hand now..... anyone else seen these yet????

Yep, I noticed that, then thy kept ripping off in the middle of a wipe too. So I've stopped buying them.

They are like that because of the new pop up tubs it say on the pack "for use only in huggies pop up tubs"

I have one of those tubs, but over the last month or so, they have been awful. The tub keeps falling off the change table because 10 wipes try to come out at once instead of just a single one like before.

I found the pop up tubs teeth (is that what there called?)stretch and don't work very well after a while i buy a new on ever mth or so, kinda defeats the purpose of refills:rolleyes:

Yes most annoying, cant do it with one hand so easy now, heaps come out!

Yup, I've found that too. Used to work great in the beginning, now whole clumps come out - or nothing at all. The next one doesn't come through.

Course, it doesn't help when Sarah gets a hold of the box and practically crawls THROUGH the hole to rip all the wipes out to eat and suck on :rolleyes:

DD2 is 4 and a half months, and the huggies wipes have been like that for that long. Some still separate easily, others stick together, and still others rip in the middle of the wipe... and I have them in the tub. I've tried other wipes, and just don't like them, so I guess I just have to put up with it.

I was using the extra sensitive wipes and had no problems, then switched to the unscented wipes and I had the same problem. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's really annoying when you need a wipe urgently and you end up with them balling up just inside the teeth and not coming out, or ending up with 1/2 or 3 of them at once!
