Welcome Sharon! :) Wow, what an age gap between kiddies! Congrats on your little one.

My name is Lisa, i have three kids, Samantha 11, Jack 3 and Ashton 11 days old. I am a 29 year old married mum living in Canberra. What brought you to bubhub?

Well i'm sure you will love the site, i have had so much help already from the other mums here, particularly regarding health issues and there is always interesting stories being passed around ;)

I have been looking for other sites as well though, because this doesnt work like a chatroom which is what i would prefer, to chat like in conversation, not dribs and drabs. :( So far i havent found another parenting one but i will keep looking. Enjoy bubhub!

Hi guys!

That is a big gap you must sort of feel like it's number one again, lovely to meet you!

And wow only 11 days old, shouldn't you be too tired to be on the computer!

Hi again Sharon,

See what i mean about dribs and drabs? Its been half an hour now with no response to you. In regard to working the site out, it will take time precious! I am very IT savvy but it doesnt help me with web sites i am unfamiliar with, it took me a few days to get the hang of it ;)

You will notice a lot of abbreviations used in here, such as DD (darling daughter?) or TMI (too much information), i havent got used to that part yet! Click on Community Forums at the top of the homepage and you will find heaps of categories there to post threads or pick certain topics. If you ever want to drop me a line by the way, my email is Melbournite8Heart@yahoo.com.au, best of luck :)

Hi & welcome to the Hub!

Just jump straight in and start posting, you'll soon get the hang of it. Best to start of reading the "acronyms and abbreviations" thread so you understand the lingo!

Look forward to chatting with you more.
