Ok I have 5 sheets of shortcrust pastry I pulled it out of the freezer by mistake... What can I make with it!??

Unless you're in the mood to cook, you probably won't end up using ALL of them... but you could make pies (fruit or meat) or tarts... that's pretty much what I use shortcrust pastry for...

you could make me a apple pie :D

or a queesh(sp), or some kind of pie, if you do a big cook up you can actually put it all back in the freezer and bring it out at a later date and defrost and reheat :thumbsup:

Yes, I'd bake lots of pies too and freeze them.
