early bfn then bfp anyone???

just hoping to hear someone has experienced this

tested this morning bfn:no: af is due between today and thurs

This happened to me last year i tested i think it was on a Thurs morn AF was due over the weekend iy was a BFN then when no AF appeared i retested Mon and it was BFP she arrived 3 weeks ago today:smiliedance: so it does happen as some tests are not as sensitive as others or the hormone they test for isnt at high enough levels yet i think you still have time especially if AF isnt due till Thurs

I had a BFN on a Sunday and then a BFP on a Wednesday:yes:

I tested at 5 weeks got, :bfn: , then i tested at 7 weeks when AF till hadnt arrived and i got :bfp: !!

Im in the same boat as u, AF was due on thursday the 12th and i finally tested today but it was:bfn: so i have no idea...

yep happened to me, was a :bfn: , then i gave up finally DH got me to try again a few days later and it was a:bfp: !!!

I think it happens to a lot of us so keep those :fingerscrossed: !!!

when i went off pill last nove i had couple of AF but then missed 2 then been having Af bout every 35days. This time its been 44 days since last AF...i tested last week and got BFN and havent been game to do another as im worried ill get the same result as all my others...Im ttc #1. i havent had any sign to say im pregnant but that dont mean a thing.
I think i may do another test this week some time but not getting my hopes up too much as i may be very dissappointed.
I'd say do a test in couple days and see wot happens.

Ive read that at 14dpo, the hpts are 92% accurate...meaning there is still a chance that you wouldnt be showing on a hpt, especially if it requires a higher concentration of the pg hormone to detect it. There is hope for you yet! :)
