Hi i was just wondering if anyone knows what vitamins i can take while breastfeeding. I am taking a multi but was wondering if i can take echinacea at all?

Not sure :confused: If I were you I would go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist for advice. They should know what is safe and what isn't.
