For those who have been TTC for an extended period....

My question is...... have you been playing it by ear or have you been going the whole hog and charting BBT, CM, OPK's etc.....

Just wondering as there seems to be alot of people still TTC after a while and curious as to what their methods are....

trying over a year now (getting closer to 2 years) though we had a 6 month break due to 2 m/c and wrong level hormones as a result

I am not doing any of the above other then BD every day possible....

I am however seeking medical advice this week

This is my 10th month trying and i have been temping, cm checking and have just seeked medical help. This is my first cycle with medical help (clomid). Wish me luck will know in about a week.

I have been TTC for almost two years and I dont do anything really but now DH and I are going to get medical help.

We are on month 10 and I have been temping, using opks some of the time and charting cm, etc. I have PCOS tho and didnt even start ovulating until about 3 months ago (and one of those times I was away from dh), so I feel like we have a new lease on ttc now that Im finally O'ing. :)

we have been ttc for about 18 months, i have done the temping, cm/cp recording etc, have tried EVERYTHING. we have had referals put thru to the fertility clinic at the hospital and are waiting for an appointment. at the moment im concentrating more on getting my business up and running.... it takes my mind off everything, which is great... we are just BDing regularly now and thats it!

I have had 3 pregnancies and fell first go with them all.. no actual checking/planning anything.. just doing it when we could.. we were very lucky..

BUT now. I have been ttc for 11 months. I have a different partner than before and i am 10 years old that i was last time too..

I have had 2 m/cs in the past 11 months so actuall conceiving didnt seem to be a problem.. althuogh .. we have been using OPKs since my last m/c in March.. as my cycle did change after that.. I also have maybe baby and it seems to work.. but im not sure if i would relyon that wholly and solely.

1st 2-4cycles we just played it by ear then we went on to the vitex,temps,charts,opk's,and the maybe baby,cp/cm the works now we are on our way to the gyno for more help!
we have been ttc#2 for "4months by ear" "11months with the works" so all up 15months

We have been "trying" for nearly 2 years and I have been of the pill for over 3....we sought help and had tests after a year of not falling. Then started temping, OPK's, CM and acupuncture. Got my cycles going really well, like clockwork with herbs (viitex and some others) and now we are trying clomid IUI and the FS monitors my cycles through scans and trigger shots....Idon't temp while on clomid as it is unreliable (can cause hot flushes and temps haywire). But still use OPK's from CD 10. These are good and help you PREDICT "O". good luck:wizard: :babydust2:
