we're in Sydney too.
Sorry to hear they won't consider you jut because of your DH's age, doesn't make sense to me.
Can you adopt when you already have children, do they have to be a certain age?

hi yes it suck and yes you can have children centacare allow you to have 1 child i can'nt see on the papers how old they have to be and the cost of adoption is about $4000 and take between 9 months to 1 years with doc's is about the some but iam not sure about children as i can'nt find my papers from doc's at the moment thanks hon xxxxjojo:fingerscrossed:
I don't know much, but I know that each state runs differently in regard to age limits (and prob other restrictions). So a state government website should give you a starting point.

wow! that is really full on. It looks like it may be tough for us to get accepted because we have decided to not use contraception indefinitely. I have a history of infertility and we always wanted a big family and if possible to give children a loving home who do not already have one. We're not really looking into it now, but very possibly in the future. It's good to know a little more of what is available, thanks for the info...and all the best on your journeys to parenthood:hugs:
