I just got handed down my mums breadmaker, and made my first loaf yesterday :smiliedance:, but i was wondering if you can do damper (plain) in them?
I LURVE damper, but hate it in the oven. If the breadmaker does it, it'll be so much more worth it!
TIA!

most of them will mine does otherwise it may just mix it all for you and then you may need to pop it in the oven to cook :) depends what you have! I love my breadmaker :D

Thanks :). So to mix it all i would do a normal recipe and just put it all in and set it on 'dough'?
BTW, my one is about 10yrs old...missing alot of functions i want ....might trial it for a while, then get a new fandangle one that does it all! :D
