Chocolate cake needs icing to make it scrumptious

Seeking Special Angel (eggs)/ or Special Donor Couple (Embryo’s) required:

A chocolate cake is yummy on its own but with the rich icing it is mouthwatering.
My wonderful hubby Leith and I (Karen) are the main ingredient for this recipe, and our family and friends add the richness. We dearly want to add a child to our mix, to love, cherish and guide to make our cake 100% special.

The longing for a child of our own:
We live 450km from Perth in a great coastal city with our 4 furbabies, 2 dogs (Shar Pei's - Canoe (aka Bear), Isabella Rose (aka Boo) and 2 cats (Tia (aka Wee) and Taffi (aka Fluff or hairy one), we live on 1/2 an acre (in what will be soon a gardener's dream) and would love have a child of our own to run amuck in that yard to complete the picture.

I am a lab technician and a qualified vet nurse. My dream job is the special one of MUM. To be able to give Leith a child is the ultimate gift and my heart yearns to give this gift to my wonderful, caring, supportive soul mate.

Leith is a shift Co-oordinator, loves playing sport, creative in the kitchen, caring, passionate and would make a most wonderful special DAD.

We have 3 Nephews and 1 niece – seeing them brings us great joy but also make our heart ache with longing. Leith’s sporting side also has him coaching kids hockey, this also brings home what we are missing out on. The joys of seeing your child grow, become an individual with things they love to do and being able to help and support them in achieving their own dreams.

We met at the start of our 30’s - 6 yrs ago through work, I was going through treatment for Hepatitis C (from a tattoo 15yrs ago) so I was oblivious to his advances – why would anyone want me.
Persistence won and we started dating, the most daunting thing I have ever done is to tell him had the virus. Plucked up the courage and he did not run (Yay J to love someone unconditionally with the spiky bit and all is amazing) a few months later I was given the all clear no more virus (YAY).
Fast forward a tad and Leith asks me to marry him when on Hols in NZ (Yes Yes Yes). Before we were engage bubs/children were discussed at length due to me having Antibodies from the virus. As we were positive I could no way cause harm/pass this onto our bub, TTC started in earnest J and 6 months later pg but sadly m/ced at 7 weeks.
Fast forward again, IVF rollercoaster started with no luck. My eggs do not want to play they game - 7 stim cycles and 1 FET with a total of 4 separate single transfers. In between all this we had another nat. pg m/c last year.
I am classed as a poor responder with poor eggs and we have translocations in the swimmers (14 and 21).
Our dream of becoming a Mum and a Dad still flourishes but we are in need of an amazing lady/ or a wonderful Donor Couple to help us make the ultimate chocolate cake – icing and all……

The though of a possible offer of such a wonderful gift make my heart sing, the joy that you may bring into our lives is an understatement – the realization of heartfelt dreams.

We believe in the child right to know its history so our donor will need to be comfortable with this. All cost would be met by us – Medical, out of pockets expenses and possible travel will naturally be covered, but no other payment is possible. As we live 5hrs away from our clinic - If the right Donor lives interstate/ OS we will find a way to make everything happen.
So, if you are a wonderful lady under 35 years of age and considering donating your eggs/ or a special couple thinking of donating embryo’s , would you consider us? If you would like to get to know us better, please PM/ or email (Leith-Karen@westnet.com.au (Leith-Karen@westnet.com.au)) or call me on 0427872074.
Thank you for reading our special request..

Hi Karen

I was just wondering what kind of contact you feel is appropriate to have with your donor after you eventualy have your baby. Im just interested to know where people stand.

Hi Lisa:wave:

Brianna is a lil Cutie.

I would be happy with some sort of contact, to what that would be is ultimately what is decided between the our donor and ourselves.
As we are extremely unlikely to have our donor from our home town this places it own limits on things.
I would love to let our angel know (if this is what she wants) via, the occasional letter/ email and pics how her amazing gift is doing - I have no problems with this in the least:)
