Ok so my little mister of 3 1/2 months has all of a sudden decided that he doesn't like his pram. Shopping, going for walks what ever he just starts to scream!! He'll be ok for just a couple of minutes and then the crying starts, the minute he is picked up alls ok:confused:
Has anyone else had similar trouble, or does anyone have any suggestions. I really don't mind putting him in has pouch and carying him but when it's 35+ degs it's a little too hot for him and me.
DS has had stages like this. I never really got to the bottom of it all! Can you change the direction he's facing? Sometimes that makes a huge difference. He may just be too hot. DS was carrying on in his stroller the other night and we took off his overalls and there was instant happiness. Smiles, laughter, the lot!:)

Firstly welcome to bub hub...
My DS goes through stages of not liking the pram either, but it is getting better... I have found that if he is facing me it is a lot better...
Are you able to have him facing you?? Do you have toys hanging in the pram to keep him interested??
Hi there
Andrew didn't really like the pram when he was around that age either. He was ok with it when I was moving at a good pace, but whenever I slowed or stopped he went nuts! So many a time I ended up pushing a pram and carrying a baby and juggling shopping! Loads of fun! :)
I tried toys, musical things, everything. He just wasnt' a fan.
BUT when he could sit up, I got a stroller and he liked that a whole lot better - a better view of the world for him and he could see what was around him.
Even now though he doesn't like it for shopping, too much stop and start, so most often I just carry him, or plop him in the trolley seat.
I think they might feel a little lost and uneasy in a pram, as opposed to the comfort and security of mum's arms.

Thanks guys, yes we have toys, reversiable handle bars, no cloths on facing me not facing me, sitting up a little. maybe (hopefully) it's just a stage his going through..
thanks for your help
My DD is 10 weeks old and is only happy in her pram if she is sitting up...not just a little, but almost completly upright. I had to buy a head support to stop her from falling sideways, but now I just strap her in and she happily looks around til she falls asleep, then I lay her down flat again.
I agree, it is waaaay too hot for bubs to be in a carry pouch...even tho if I do use it DD will sleep til I take her out of it
I'm hopeing for your sake its just a stage. My DS has always hatted going in the pram and at almost 10kg he is getting a little heavy:(
