Missing periods!

Sorry if this thread is tmi for sensitive souls out there...
For those who don't have periods while bf, what's the longest you've gone before they came back?
Wow, I just wonder how much we've all saved in sanitary protection lol.
I think my longest has been about 10 months - with DD2. I had some weird breakthrough bleeding early on so I can't say I've managed a year lol.

longest I went was 6mths but that was cause DS had to go on the bottle

this time i'm going to BF longer so hopefully :fingerscrossed: will have a longer time without AF arriving :yes:

I breastfed for a year.. I can't remember how long I went without af.. but it wasn't quite the whole year.. maybe ten months... so 19 months without having to use any products.. I missed the whole coloured tampon revolution.

I had 9 months of AF-free BF the first time, 6 months the second and only 4 months the third time :(.

But now I have my Lunette cup, I will never have to spend $$$ on sanitary bits again! :smiliedance::smiliedance::smiliedance:

BF my DS until well after 2nd b-days. DS1 10 months until AF. DS2 12 months until AF.

That's worth BFing isn't it!!!!:)

10 months is the longest for me so far. Hopefully this time it will be longer with no AF:fingerscrossed:
