Oh forgot to answer your other question.

We pay $260 for a 3 bdrm, 1 bath, 2 toilets townhouse. It is pretty good.
GREAT neighbourhood, we have a spa, and a okayish backyard. We have enough room for our Sauna, trampoline, swing and slide set, BBQ, outdoor setting, the dog and a rabbitt, no room for anything else though:laughing:
Don't have much of a view though, we have balconies off all bedrooms, but all you see are houses.:laughing: It is really close to Hibiscus Shopping centre, so don't have to go far for anything.

We like it anyway.
