Just a dumb question really. If for example you ovulate on day 16 of your cycle what are the best day's to BD?:detective: I'm thinking quality over quantity here, lol!

I think Day 15 and 16. They say it's best to have sperm waiting when the egg is released.

If it were me, and I knew I was going to ovulate on CD16 I would BD CD14,15, 16, 17, & 18 just to be sure.

:laughing: it doesnt have to be crazy frantic high energy BD! As long as the end result is the same... lots of spermies... then its all good.
try make if fun rather than a chore and I am sure your DH wont mind.

I O on CD15, we BD a fair bit normally anyway, but I like to try and make sure we at least to 13,14,15 and 16.:yes:

last month i used OPKs - We BD about 16 hours after O which resulted in a BFP. When you ovulate the egg is good for about 24 hours afterwards. If you O on day 16 then I think you should bed on day 15 and about 12 hours after you O - the sperm can last for up to 3 days so you should try and BD before and just after. Good luck
