He now only does gyno stuff and IVF.
I am seeing Dr Chris Price, who delivers at Northwest. He is good, and his fees, I found were one of the cheapest of the dr at Northwest when I rang around. He is a known gap provider for medibank priavte, which means there are some out of pocket expenses with the delivery ect.
Hope this has helped

Thankyou all s much you've been a help. I ended up calling his rooms and the response i got was rather rude!
And yes he no longer takes on new Obstetric patients, bit of a downer but Dr Price sounds wonderful...might give their rooms a call.
I have read some commentss about him and cost is something important i do need to consider so any bonus is excellent.
Thanks

i had dd in april also with chris price and highly recommend him. for the birth we were out of pocket $500. looking around he is on the cheaper side especially if you are with medibank.

Try calling Dr Tuicolo's rooms. His fees are very reasonable and I believe he is one of the cheapest at NW. Great Dr too, lovely man. His pregnancy management fee is approx $950, he is a no gap Dr and his ante natal visits are around $55 - the first visit being around $125. All of the above fees are claimable at Medicare.
I am also fairly sure Dr Tuicolo shares rostered off weekends with Dr Watson......

I had Dr Martin D'Arcy Evans at Nth West for my DD who was born on 27/6/07, who I would very highly recomend. I found his fees similar to others, around $950 for planning and management which you will find you get a fair bit back from medicare, each appointment is $50 the 1st being $120. Hope you find a Dr you like. Lord knows it's hard.
