Am i ovulating NOW,pls look at my chart!

Im not used to this kinda thing yet,but im pretty sure im ovulating either today or tomorrow,i have had ovulation pains yesterday and yesterday i had a little bit of ewcm today i have lots of Ewcm,does that mean im ovulating? i did ovulation test but i think i may have missed it cause im only testing every 24 hrs :o.

I am getting more ovulation pains right now.

Can someone please look at my chart and tell me if im most likely to be ovulating or not?

it's possible, but you can't really confirm ovulatin until after the fact. that site likes to see three consequitive rises in temps, among other things, before it confirms o. EWCM sounds good.

Cool thanks so now my temps should rise and keep on rising until im supposed to get af and if they keep rising and af doesn't show up them im pregnant right?

no, they rise (ie for the three days or more), and should plateau. there could be dip around implantation time , 7-10 day later, but it could a dip before hand for no reason.
this is maybe what a classic chart should do, but not many people have a text book chart that does what its meant to.
keep taking your temps. wait until your af should have arrived and then do a test if they don't.

i know i know - its hard hjaving that much patience. but its the only way i'm afraid.
if you had OPKs you could cheat. sometimes, an OPK shows two positive lines if you are pregnant, but there are also many reasons why it might not work...like how sensitive they are for example.


have a look in the chart gallery of the website you record your temps and see for yourself how variable it is.

Thanks thats what i was trying to say lol but it didnt come out right.

I have looked in the charts gallery at charts that are most like mine eg.bf and when there rise and dip,and usually they ovulated around now,i am on cd 14.So my cycle should be 28 days.

Another 2 weeks lol,yep pretty long to me,but hopefully it will go quick.

I don't really know what my cycles are doing cause this is my first cycle after having the mirena in.

Is this your first cycle temping? If so, Im afraid you're not going to really know whether you are ovulating or not until it has occurred. Even for those who have been temping for several cycles can get different temp patterns, so its really hard to say. Alot of women have temp dips before/during ovulation, but again, alot dont. As long as you have the ewcm, keep bd'ing, until you have at least 3 elevated temps and cm dries up. Hope that helps! :)

Hey girls i need your help again.

Fertility friend has confirmed that i ovulated and has the red line through it and was DPO i am but i am just wondering what day i would have ovulated or does it just show when you would be fertile?Its confusing me!!

The red line is where FF thinks you ovulated because of the thermal shift. and it looks about right to me. when you get EWCM is means your body is gearing towards ovulation and not that you ovulate the day you get EWCM.

heaven sent, your fertile period would be considered about the 3 daysleading up to O, and the O day itself. this is a general rule. so you should be BDing in the lead up to O and because the sperm can survive 3-5 days in the uterus, it will still be sitting there waiting for the egg when you O. FF only confirms O after the fact, so you have to start BDing earlier than when you think you're Oing, and keep going i guess until you see the sustained temp shift upwards.

There is a chance... especially as you had fertile CM. Spermies can survive in fertile CM for 3 days at least I think. So if you BD'd the day before, the spermies should have been waiting for the eggy when eggy popped out.

Yeah its pretty hard i am already thinking of signs of pregnancy but i always try to shove them out of my head.

:laughing: that last comment looks like it could have written by me! I can NEVER relax! I'm a bit of a control freak, poor DD and DF:o I always want to know exactly whats going on when, where, want to be prepared :ecomcity: I drive myself crazy!
