Hi Hubbers

DH gave me a clay cooking pot for my birthday and I have no idea wtf to do with it!

It came with a little bit of paper that said ti's good for steaming veggies and making casseroles etc.... but that's it.

Not much help. What can I cook in it and how do I do it?

Does anyone else use clay cooking pots?

hahahaha, a tagine is a moroccan clay pot with a conical shaped lid. good for cooking casseroles.

not that i have one or anything, but i figure if it is a tagine, you could google tagine and come up with some good recipes. quite often a stew cooked in a tagine is also called a tagine.

:)
