We are the same, I give my daughter the natural yoghurt and she loves it. I got this recipe from Janelle off Ready Steady Cook one day!

Make spagetti bolognaise as per normal, using penne pasta or something else rather than spagetti, then mix it all together and put in a oven dish...then cover with a layer of natural yoghurt and then cover with cheese on top..put in the oven until golden brown!!

It sounds funny, but it ends up tasting more like sour cream! It is YUM!!

uhh Try putting jam into it if you want to get her to eat it that way. Or puree the fruit first and mix it through well, and add a tablespoon of honey.

Make fruit smoothies and add a couple of tablespoons to them.

I actually love natural yoghurt - but my kids won't eat it unless its done as above

Fruit smoothies!

My personal fave:

mixed berries (frozen ones)
1 banana
2 x tabespoons of natural yoghurt
honey
juice or milk

blend together and vwolla! So yum!

Hehe Its all about trial and error.
I hardly ever follow recipes - most of my best things have been invented by just throwing things together.

If you want to do different flavour smoothies - just take the previous recipe and change the type of fruit in it.

brown some diced chicken in a frying pan.

take the yogurt and mix in some seeded mustard and some hot english

Stir in the yogurt mixture with the chicken and let it simmer til the chicken is cooked throught and the sauce thinkens.

Serve with rice/potatos and veges.

I love it as a savory dip.

Add salt pepper, chopped mint and finely chopped garlic clove.

Serve with flatbread as a snack

YUM!

I'd make little popsicles from it. Follow wannabemum's smoothie recipe, omitting milk and using all the yoghurt, pour into popsicle moulds and stick in the freezer.

I regularly do this for DD and she loves them - at least you know the ingredients are 100% healthy too.

Tandoori Chicken.

The easiest way is to buy tandoori chicken paste and follow the directions. The more yoghurt the milder the tandoori flavour. We cut the chicken into bits and marinate them. Then we put them on to skewers and cook on barbie. DS loves it - although he is a freaky child who loves spicy food and natural yoghurt plain - he won't eat it if we add fruit!
