I think flick may be talking about a meat tenderiser that's like a hammer - that's what it sounds like anyway.

I've never used a herby-type meat tenderiser... does it say what to do on the bottle? I guess not if you're posting here...

Maybe just sprinkle a little on (like you would spices) and see how it goes?

If it doesn't have instructions...what are the ingredients? I've never heard of that stuff either...

Maybe you need to tendorise the meat and maranade this stuff or something, make a paste with some water and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours .....surely it would have some instructions though

Ive seen it and used it - You just sprinkle some over both sides of the meat and rub it in gently.
Then cook as per normal.

You can actually use plain salt to do the same job lol.

Thanks, the one I got is 'Gfresh" brand, I dont think ill buy it again if salt does the same thing.I dont know why I did buy it because my meat is always very tender anyway! I guess I was just curious :o

Its nothing like MSG

Its just a combination of herbs mixed with salt - the salt breaks the meat down - the herbs flavour it.. thats all.

(as I said earlier - you can do the same thing with plain SALT)
