FTB supplement

Does anyone know how long it is after your partner puts his tax return in that you receive the ftb supplement payments?

I got it last year in my tax return but Im not doing one this year so I wasnt sure.

ring centrelink and let them know you wont be lodging a tax return. should be not long after

Last year I received mine within a week of receiving DH's refund cheque :)

Ours took about a week or two...around the same time the refund cheque arrived in the mail. Don't forget to tell CL you don't need to lodge a return, you can do it on their website.

I know it's been said but do make sure you ring as last year I did DH's tax and waited and nothing. In the end I rang and apparently I was suppose to ring them and tell them I didn't need to lodge tax. Funny thing is I had done my etax for baby bonus and it wasn't picked up!! Centrelink are very fast with payments now!!

I'm a non lodger and let them know this morning.
My payments are being made on Monday.
