Should i ring the hospital?

Hi first timer here at 35 weeks. I have a very strange question and was just wondering if i should call the hospital or not. Sorry in advance for TMI but i have just been to the loo and noticed some coloured discharge in my underpants and then there was some when i wiped which has a pinkinsh tinge. I was wondering if this could be the start of my mucus plug coming away. Ive also had some pushing feeling down there earlier in the day but didnt really think too much of it till now.

Any advice would be welcomed

OOOh sounds exciting, recon its the start of your baby coming, but yes of course ring the hospital then sit back and look forward to having your baby in your arms really soon

I called my hospy about my plug lol as i didnt realise it was meant to keep going lol !
They dont mind the calls they are used to it ! Its their job :D

That's just your mucus plug :) Lovely! It can start coming away a few weeks before your baby is born. It replenishes. It's a nice sign that things are happening though!

It sounds like your plug has started to come away, it sounds like bub is getting ready to come. I had discharge with blood tinges the night before I went into labour. If you are worried or stressed about it give the midwifes a call (they dont care its their job), and maybe ask if you could go in and get checked, so you know whats happening. As you need to feel relaxed and stress free!!!! Hope this helps.
P.S If you lose a big piece of mucus, thats a browny colour, about the size of a 50cent piece, give them a call, as that means labour is not far!!! GOOD LUCK!

Yep i agree with everyone else, it sounds like your mucous plug. Have you given the hospital a call? Everything sounds like its doing everything it should do. I look forward in hearing how you went with the hospital.

Yep, as the other said, it sound like your mucus plug is coming away...
I rang the hospital about my plug, this was at 8:40pm on the Monday, my contractions started at 1am on the Tuesday and bubs was born at 11:28am on the Wednesday...

Sounds like things are on there way..
