Hi everyone, I am very new to the bub hub site and not really sure how to use it, i really want to ask a question and get some opinions on how to get rid of dummy's - can someone help me on how to get started PLEASE! :confused: :confused:

Hey, thanks for replying, this is a bit of a coincidence, but i find things like this really fascinating, you are the first one to reply to my posting and i just saw that your daughters birthday is the same as mine - 28th July, albeit, some 30 years apart tho.... LOL! Keep posted about the getting rid of dum-dum replies..

I'm sure that you will get lots of helpful information and meet lots of lovely people.

To get rid of my ds dummy I put that stuff on it that you use for nailbiters.
He absolutely hated the taste. I told him that he was a big boy now and that was why all of his dummys went yucky.

It took a few days but he eventually realised they weren't going to change and stopped asking for it. He was 2 when we did this. I wouldn't do it if your bub is too young though.

LOL yes i am a lovely person being born on 28th July - late July leo's are the nicest, its the early August leo's who are bad (ie. my mum is an early August leo - and boy did we clash in my teen years!!!)

My little man is 8 months old ... and he is so adorable :) :)
