I used to make this ages ago but lost my recipe...today i went to a bakery and they had broken up honeycomb wedges (about 1cms thick) dipped in chocolate and its absolutely melt in your mouth kinda stuff *major drool here*

Anyone have a receipe they can share! It was like $4 a bag which was about 5 peices i want more haha!

Thanks

I've found this for you in the Australian Breastfeeding Association Cookbook.

3 Teaspoons Bicarbonate of soda
1 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons golden syrup

Mix sugar and golden syrup in a large saucepan, simmer on low heat for 7 mins. Remove from heat and quickly add bicarbonate of soda. This will foam up. Quickly pour into a greased 8 inch square tin. Leave to set.

Looks pretty easy to me! I assume you can then just dunk squares of it in melted chocolate.

Looking back at that recipe, it really is an awful lot of sugar. Makes my teeth ache just thinking about it.

*passes punkbaby a toothbrush for afterwards*

i thought of that but i had one peice of the other and it was more than enough...just my little stash for my daily hit besides half my mouths full of plastic since they hacked my jaw so will just chew with those ones
