Pumpkin Soup question?

Can anyone tell me once you have made pumpkin soup with cream in it, how long can you keep it in the fridge for??

Also can you freeze it?

Not sure bout how long you'd keep it in the fridge for, but yep you can freeze it.......justs tends to be a bit sort of seperated when you unfreeze.

Have you already added the cream???

I always cook and store mine without the cream- then add to taste in individual portions when htey are ready to eat.
