It's DP birthday tomorrow and I want to make a gorgeous cake. Chocolate is good, but open to suggestions. I want something that makes me gain 10 kilos just looking at it!
Help please

OK here it is - I apologise in advance for any kilos acquired following the consumption of this dessert. In fact I'm sure you gain a few calories just reading the recipe.
Mississippi Mud Pie Cake
time to make"55 min 20 min prep
Cake
****optional 125g melted chocolate
(add after cocoa in step 2) - i don't use this
1 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecans (optional)
4 cups mini marshmallows
Chocolate frosting (I cheat and use Betty Crocker Chocolate Icing in a can from the supermarket)
1 (16 ounce) package icing sugar, sifted
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup softened butter
Preheat oven to 180°.
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
Add the cocoa (and chocolate if using) and stir.
Remove from the heat.
Pour butter mixture into a mixing bowl and add sugar and eggs.
Mix until blended.
Add the vanilla.
Mix in the flour and salt.
Stir in the pecans.
Put batter into prepared pan and cook for 35 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows. *******
Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
For the frosting: Combine all of the ingrediants and mix until smooth. Spread frosting on cooled cake.
If your frosting is too thick, add more milk.
******* I normally put it back in for 5-10 mins and melt the marshmallows before icing - YUM!!!!
