Here is a recipe that was posted on a thread awhile ago now
Rice Pudding !
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup milk warmed
few drops of vanilla flavouring essence
1 tablespoon sugar
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Cook very gently for 10 minutes until rice is heated through.
It says it is 2-4 baby serves
Id change the milk over to formula if your not ready to introduce it to bubs i do this with making custard & it all comes out the same :)

All the recipes I have refer to milk and don't mention whether substitution with formula is possible, although I'm sure it is probably ok.
The Food for Life Baby and Toddler Food recipe is as follows:
1/2 cup risotto rice
1 litre milk
2 tbsps caster sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter (optional)
pinch cinnamon (optional)
fresh berries to garnish (optional
Preheat oven to 180
Place rice, milk, sugar, vanilla and butter and cinnamon if using in baking dish and stir.
Bake for 1.5 hrs stirring every 15mins. Remve from oven when the consistency of creamed rice. Cool slightly and top with berries.
Makes 4 serves.
