Can anyone please tell me what to put in biscuits to make them crunchy? I made some chocky chip ones and they are kind of soft- nice, but DP likes them crunchy. Is it bi-carb soda?

Hmm I thought you just cooked them for a little longer... thats what I do :o

Hmmm... I love my ANZAC biccies chewy, and they have bi-carb in them, so I don't think it's this.
Sorry, don't have any other suggestion other then longer cooking time and perhaps more dry ingredients/less liquid ingredients. As in, less butter or more flour... perhaps... although this could also mess up your finished product too, I guess... :detective:

Cook them longer. That's what I've found.
Also, they're generally kinda soft-ish when they first come out - but once they cool they'll go really crispy.
I actually HATE them crunchy - so I try to avoid keeping them in there for as long as I sometimes have...
