Help!
my 7 mo dd gets so tired in the afternoon she can no longer crawl in a straight line or sit up without falling over again.
I put her in her cot, but she is so riled up that she tries to escape, and of course she falls over.
Before she got so mobile I was using a modified form of controlled crying, but can't do that anymore for this sleep, because I'm afraid she'll hurt herself or get so worked up from falling over she won't sleep anyway.
I tried putting her to sleep earlier but no help.
any suggestions??????????
