may have m/c ob not sure - need help!!!

Hi everyone,
So sorry to hear what you have all been through, i hope you are getting there!!

I had my 9/10 week obs appointment on friday. They could not find the baby and the sac measured only 5 weeks. They told me i had m/c and booked me in for a D&C later that day. I went to have bloods done, got dressed for surgery and just before they knocked me out the ob wanted to talk to me. She said she was really suprised with my hormone levels as they were 8500. She said she has a 1% feeling that she is wrong and perhaps i m/c without knowing and got preg straight away in which case i am now only 4 or 5 weeks which is why she couldnt see the baby, or it is ectopic preg, or twins and one has died. Or as she said originally i have m/c about 5 weeks ago but the womb is still inside me. Consequently we are coming back next fri to have another u/s and bloods to compair.

I am just wondering if anyone has any advice or info on any of the posibilities, we just dont know what to think!!!

Dont have any advice etc cos have not experienced anything like this myself. Sounds pretty fullon to be dealing with tho. Just wanted to wish you all the best and give you some:hugs: . Hope you get the results you are hoping for:thumbsup:

It is very full on and so if anyone else has any advice or opinions on what has happened i would love to hear them as right now i am at a total loss. I dont know what to do or think and i cant stop lying on the couch and staring into space. That day just keeps repeating in my head and this week wait is really dragging out.

So please if this sounds familiar to anyone or if you have advice please share.:)
