Hello, no one wants to chat at the moment so i'll continue talking. I'll be organising more meet up in next few months. A picnic for us mums and mums to be with kids up at Morayfield Centuary Lakes Park. A south bank picnic for us to meet up and have a chat and let the kids have a play. If any ones interested let me know and i'll organise them. Thanks Alison:)
Hi, I'm from Brisbane, but my mum lives on Bribie Island and I am going to be up there for a little while before and after I give birth (in May), so if you are going to be planning anything for around then, I would love to join in:D

Hi Alison & Saara,
My partner and I live at Morayfield, with my gorgeous little girl Bianca, she just turned 1 on the 21st.
We have two border collies and a ragdoll cat, who has been put out over the last year as he feels he is no longer our baby!
Gotta go dd just woke up!

Hi Janelle, how are you. Thanks for the reply. I've finally got other mums to have a chat with on this thread. How long have you been living at morayfield for. I've only been living here since october 2002. We use to live at Crestwood Avenue Morayfield and then moved to Forest Ridge Drive Narangba then where we are now at Hickory Drive Narangba. It's been every time we move we have a child. We're trying for no3 at moment but i hope we stay here for awhile. I use to have a cat when i was younger . I miss having cats around. We've got fish, budgies and a mini foxie x called snoopy. He's 13 months and he loves the kids. I've noticed in your thread about child care places i know theirs ABC. I can't really help you with it as i'm stay at home mum. It would be nice to meet you. If you check my other brissie threads you'll find the info for lunch and dinner meet at Hogs Breath Cafe up at morayfield if your interested. I'm also trying to organise a picnic at Morayfield Centanary Lakes Park to next couple of months. Lets all for now . will chat later Alison:)

Hi Alison,
We moved to Morayfield November 2004, just before our angel was born. It was all very hectic. Prior to that we were living at Murrumba Downs, for a couple of years.
I can relate to you moving all the time, Steven and I are like nomads, we seem to sell and buy properties like they are going out of fashion. In ten years I think we have lived in 8 houses. We are now seriously considering moving back to Recliffe so that we are closer to my Mum and Dad.
Yes, unfortunately I am looking at Daycare only two to three days a week, about 5 hours max. Unfortunately I need to go back to work and earn some money. Prior to having DD I was bringing in the majority of income, so it has been a huge shock to us. I feel incredibly guilty about it but, there is not much we can do, with a bit of luck if we can find the right home in Recliffe (at the right price) we will go back their and then Nana and Grumps will take my little one. (Fingers crossed.) It's a catch 22 though, as I need to be working so that we can get the loan.
I don't really think the right daycare centre will bother DD as she loves mixing with other kids, she seems to be a real social butterfly. I think she will really enjoy the social activities. But as I say it has to be the RIGHT centre.
Is Bryan walking yet? Bianca started on Xmas Day, and ever since I have had tantrum after tantrum if we are out as she wants to get down and walk for herself. Mikayla is such a beautiful strong name, I had always wanted to call my little girl that but, just before we had B my cousin had a baby girl and named her Mikayla.
Well I need to get moving, I have things to be finished prior to Bianca waking up from her morning nap. Thanks for replying Janelle.:)
