Fish & tuna

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed their bub having a reaction to fish or tuna?
I suspect that my bub has an intolerance/allergy to tuna. At first I thought it was all fish, but recently, have re-introduced some steamed fish and also tried fish fingers and all seemed ok.
My hubby gave him tuna today and he's come back out in a rash. Don't know if it's coincidence or not??

My bub's had some mild excema - mainly on his face and then had this hives like rash for quite a while, until we elimanted all fish and it all seemed to go.

Has anyone else had any experience with fish or tuna allergies/intolerances? what kind of symptoms do your bubs get?

I'm also a bit concerned that if I take fish out of his diet, that he might be missing out on some essential oils/fats???? any advice?

Hi there, I had my son tested for allergies when he was 6mths. One of the things he was ellergic to was tuna, and quiet serverly. He suffers from eczema too, and asthma.
If you think it is tuna that he is allergic to, just try and avoid it for awhile and introduce it again at a later date.
I think it is quiet common for children to have fish allergies.

I'm curious, was it just tuna he was allergic to? or were there other seafood/fish that he was also allergic too?
