Groin Hernia at 9 weeks

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has a bub that has experienced surgery for a groin hernia? My bub goes in for surgery tomorrow, they said its quite urgent as he can have problems with his gut or loose a teste:( A little scary really... That is if left untreated.

He is fine but does have bad problems with wind and tummy pains.

Anyone been through hernia and surgery before??

Sorry no help with hernia surgery.
My DS had surgery at 3 weeks so I know how scary it can be.
Hope your bub get through the surgery fine and is fit and well soon

I'm sure that there was another thread on this not so long ago.

All went well in those posts - maybe they will help you a little. Although I don't think any mum would be calm with bub having an op.
