Oh Thankyou my nappy guru's. I have been busy looking at nurture nappies and soft landings while at work today. They seem to be a lot cheaper than darlings down under!

My next question is what is the most absorbant but easy to clean booster for the nappy?

Oh erm :o I'm not sure. The websites I've been looking at suggest buying a booster for the all in one nappies.. maybe I have misunderstood

All in one nappies are just that - All in one. But yes, you can use a booster to boost the absorbancy. All boosters are much of a muchness, I'd tend to use a liner (microfleece) with ANY nappy I put on my DD - Microfleece is a cinch to clean - the poo just rooooolls off! :D

i don't use a booster with my AIOs, i often use a microfleece liner tho...

Oh OK that makes sense. Any boosters that are recommonded to go with a nappy should be fine. Some AIO/AIT won't need extra boosters.

For example Berry Plush don't need boosters, Itty Bitty wouldn't need extra boosters.

What brand are you thinking of getting?

Oww my head hurts.

I looked and the berry ones look like they would make good birthday presents (and meet my wifes standards) but on the nurture nappies website they say they make good nappy covers or a snap in all in one. So I am guessing I need to buy a snap in with it as they ask at the bottom when you click the buy now button

yes you need 1 insert and one cover, or some sites sell them as an all in 2. It should be about $36 dollars for the nappy :)

berry plush are a great pressie, lovely lush nappies!
i posted some pics of Harper in his earlier in this thread (http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/forums/showthread.php?t=102711)

anyway, yep they have the cover and the snap-in, usually just select yes to the snap-in at the checkout/buy now thing-o

Oh, you sound like such a sweet, sweet man! Wanna come round to my place & impart some of your new-found wisdom on my DP lol? I also would recommend the BP as a pressie, your wife is sure to be pleased

Aww... seeing you ask about nappies makes me feel all warm inside :D It's so lovely!

I'm not really in the know when it comes to AIOs so I can't offer much help with this one... But they usually (or should) include everything they need. If they also have a pocket opening, then extra boosting (for more absorbancy) is great because often AIOS don't absorb more then one little wee. Depends on the AIO...

oh yes, good choice. Definitely get the snap in thing. Its not really a 'booster' as such, its actually what does the absorbing, as opposed to 'boosting' (or beefing up what is already in there by adding to it), if you can understand that. They just 'call it' a booster I think.

Good choice for a pressie

If you get two snap in's you can take one out and replace it without changing the cover (just a thought).
