Ummmm ok this is going to errr sound really ummm yeah lol.

I have scarring due to the damage done to me when i birthed Boof now thats always been sorta uncomfy etc.

But i have now been finding im getting this huuuuge pressure on my perineum especially when sitting on the toilet. Its bulging & everything.

It sometimes feels like Bumps head is right there but i know its not because we arent even engaged ready for launch yet ! We keep changing our mind :banghead:

Anywhos is this normal to have this pressure etc or should i have it checked out ?

Could it be hemarroids? I would get it checked out, specially if it is painful at all.

Maybe it's hormones making it swell. I do remember (vaguley) that I was kinda bulging with Kailah too, maybe it's another big bubba (bites tongue and runs to duck from flying shoes)

ok, i am prob no help at all since i dont know much about what you are talking about but....

when i was preg with DD all my scars would get bigger, as if they were filling up with fluid, the one i hated was where i had my ear pierced up top ages ago, it swelled so big and i had ever tom **** and harry asking what was wrong with it :rolling eye dude:

so if it is just the scar that is getting bigger maybe that is what could be happening

As for you Ms Lunar !!!!!!!

Shush i dont want to hear it !!!!! I had my big baby first up got that out of the way yanno ! lol !

They kept telling me Boof wouldnt be big & they dont even comment on this one so thats fine by me ! To me that means all will be fine & i keep repeating myself !

I refuse to believe i can have a child bigger than 10lb & 57cms long because that was breaking point last time !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just thinking have you been a good girl and doing your pelvic floor exercises? (I ask cos I'm naughty and keep forgetting:laughing: I may not be laughing later though:o )

I had a third degree tear with my DS and felt that sort of pressure when pregnant with DD and I believe I was told (but please excuse the baby brain if it's incorrect) that it could just literally be the pressure of the baby and will feel more normal after birth it's kind of that you haven't steghtened the pelvic floor and therefore it's having trouble holding it all up.

So you may need to go visit a physio (I keep thinking they need to make pelvic floor support belt) definately go get it checked out though!!

HTH

Oh and I did feel better after DD's birth:yes:

I know the feeling!! I had 3rd degree with dd and ds and each pregnancy since dd I have felt the same thing from about 20 weeks pregnancy! Very sore and feels like everything is about to give way. TMI But you can't even push anything out you have to wait for it to be ready because of the feeling!

Oh thats good to hear cause i thought i was the only one sometimes it just feels like bubs head is just there about to come out so to scared to push or anything incase something happens!!! I am like you though surely it cant be bubs cause i dont think its even engaged yet but it freaks me out!!! Its such a relief to know i am not the only one!!

OMG I'm not the only one!!!:o

I was saying the other day that I felt that too, but only when I crouch down, I feel lots of pressure around that whole area?!?!?! Oh and BTW I had a cesear, dont have heamaroids (sp?) so it must be pregnancy related!! So don't worry Ally, prob not a big baby but just pressure I guess. Sometimes you also get veins on your vag when pg, forget what theyre called, it could be those maybe?

meee tooo!!!
I was just telling my mum today that i feel like all my insides are coming out. I thought it was because i was picking up my one year old alot. it just started recently (i'm 26 weeks) so maybe its baby causing pressure and its only been a year since giving birth?
