anyone tried the bumbo seat?

the plastic seat that you can sit babies in from 3 months on. Are they good? worth the money??

They are gold... worth every penny for this family.....

I think they are very worth it and so handy... I sed mine at the beach at the park at friends places as a high chair... Etc...

I have a Bebe Pod (same sort of thing) and its great! Easy to pop bub in for a quick snack/lunch :thumbsup:

Its brilliant!!! DD used it from about 4 months - as soon as she had good head control. We have the purple one!

I got 1 for my bub when she was about 4 months and she still uses it now at 11 months it is wonderful and so easy when she was 6 months she was to little in the high chair so this was so much easier to feed her in when we had sinner i put in on the table ( we have a HUGE dinner table) put her in the middle and she watched us have dinner and got to try what we were eating at a young age..
Well worth the $80...

I just got one, and toadlet wears a cloth nappy.
He didnt fit in it! Even with a little nappy on he still didn't fit.
Wedged in there too tight. The fat baby on the packaging even fits in it and my three month old doesn't .

I bought one a few weeks ago and bubs is 8 months now. Wish I had bought it ages ago. It keeps his posture very straight, with no slouching.

Well worth it, got it when DS was about 4 months, used to sit him on the counter in it, but as soon as they can twist they can fall out, you aren't meant to sit them on counters but everyone I know that has had one does. so just be careful you don't turn away even for one second as this happened to me and fortunately DS landed on the kitchen counter and not the floor.

He uses it now still at 18months I put it on our kitchen chair, seems stable enough, as he likes to sit at the table and eat with me, he is a bit short to see very well but likes to sit there like a big boy. In saying that he is a small boy 9.5kg at fits fine.

Check ebay you might get one for cheaper, they can't really deteriate with use apart from a few marks so if you can't afford $80 that might be an option.:D
