Hi Mummyof2. I am a Townsville mum. I stopped looking in this thread a while ago as there hasn't been anyone here for ages. Just looked on the offchance that Tsv mum's were back.
Anyway; Hubby is in the Airforce. We have two beautiful children. Our little girl is 2 and 3/4 and our little man is 8 mths. I live in Annandale and attend a community playgroup there as well.

Hi PMS

I am an ex-Navy wife! How did you cope being a defence wife? I am a single mum of two girls, Mikayla 3 and Abby 2. I am looking at places to rent at the moment. So hard when i am still in Sydney. But Mum has been great looking at them for me. I am looking around the Willows Gardens and Deeragun. I just popped into the other thread actaully and lefted a reply there.

Being a Defence wife isn't too bad; this is only the second time we have been posted.
Hubby doesn't go on that many trips either. Not as bad as navy mums.
I'm still in touch with one of the mums from the other thread otherwise everyone else has dissapeared.

Hope your move goes well for you. Both those areas look nice.

Hi, Ive been living in Townsville for 6 months now, and love it! Good to see a few different threads for townsville mums now! We have recently moved to Townsville, we are lucky ti have DS 16m/o Harry and DD Caitlin 4. Hubby working at mines so is away during the week, but home for weekends:yelclap:.

Hi Everyone,

I'm also semi new to Townville - moved her at beginning of year - haven't met anyone really - well except for teh wives adn girlfriends of my other half friends. Would really like to meet and make some of my own!

I have a 1 year old little girl who also sadly doesn't have many friends. I think we dhould all arrange to meet up someone - in a park for lunch or something!
